Changing my diet a bit more

I used to be very involved with the Blood Type Diet and was also one of their few bloggers. I agreed with much of what was said and then had a massive stroke! Of course I quit eating all meats and became a raw vegan.
HOWEVER, even though I love eating this way and do not miss eating all the meats, I still feel as though something is still missing in my eating habits. I have lot almost 50 pounds which I could not lose before Raw Vegan. I am seriously thinking about incorporating more cooked foods into my diet. I have been and stayed at over 90% raw for over a year eating almost exclusively raw foods. As winter begins here in Alaska, I am planning on eating much more cooked foods which will include fish. I still plan on avoiding meats mostly for the antibiotics and chemicals that are in the meats. But, IF a moose or caribou show up here it will be eaten too.
I am enjoying all the wonderful benefits of eating the raw vegetables and fruits and will not forgo them, EVER!
I have discovered that my biggest helpers have been the elimination of wheat and glutens, and pasteurized dairy. So, the major issues which bothered me before have been discontinued and I am on my way to living a more healthy life!
