I'm in a bit of a funk!

I haven't been cheating but sticking to 100% raw but I feel as if I have been. I feel kinda achey, not horibbly so but enough where it is bothering me. I have been very headachey just like how I used to get all the time on a SAD diet.

I have been making more raw bread lately and wondering if I could be possibly allergic to wheat because in a few batches I did use sprouted wheat berries. Maybe I"m just eating too much "bread" and it's not bad it's just too much.

I'm also dealing with a lot of stress so it might just be that but since being on raw I have seemed to be able to handle stress a bit better...maybe it's just too much right now tho.

The only other thing that I have been using again is braggs since it calls for it in so many recipes but I don't ever recall having a problem with it before.

My foot is also still hurting but I got more detox patches in the mail and started using them again maybe that will help with some of it as a lot of stuff is coming off still. Then again maybe it's all just detox from fasting a few weeks ago and all the stuff that is being removed from the patches. who knows what effects are still from the neorotoxins from the sting.

Anyways I just haven't felt depression or pain in quite some time and now I am feeling both and not liking it one bit. Would really like to know what is causing it and how to get back to feeling that raw bliss I was feeling before.

I'm also thinking even tho I did do a lot of cleaning in the basement if there is still some mold from when it flooded. If there is still mold somewhere that alone could be the problem... also maybe getting another cat is adding to my allergies????? There are too many factors too consider and that part alone is driving me crazy

    rawchelle, I break out in eczema and have more frequent asthma attacks when eating anything wheat-y, even raw, dehydrated wheat-y. It definitely might be that.
