after a few days of eating lots of raw meals (and feeling better than i have in months) im going to jump back into raw tomorrow completely. no cooked foods, in fact im going to get rid of them all now or give them away. i just cant believe i didnt get back into this before. so much mental clarity, no food addiction, no bloating and painful tight stomach, no dry mouth, its so clean and natural and liberating. ill start logging what i eat tomorrow. my plan is going to be relatively low fat and my main foods will be greens, lower sugar fruits, veggies, flaxseed, some fresh coconut, some avocado occasionally, some olive oil and maybe some nut/seed milks here and there. i want to come alive.
