46 DAYS NOW. Still RAW and still going strong. I am really not sure how long I will keep the count up but this is helping me stay on track. Dh went off today and really felt like crap took 1 bite of cooked and yuk so I think I will keep raw for now. He is testing the waters but I am just fine in the boat. I know how I am and I really don't have control. I think if I start I won't stop and my goal is to get this weight off and keep it off.

I have been feeling a bit crappy due to TOM but hanging in there. The weird thing I always CRAVE chocolate and well I could care less this time. Wow for me. What a break through. I am down 26 lbs but still waiting till it is all over. I hope to have the last 4 lbs gone. I did weight myself today thinking it was over but it wasn't so I will just wait till mon.

I have been doing more reading on the internet and have some books on reserve for some easy recipes. Everything I have been making and eating has been good so far. I had a grawt green day today and I may tap it off that way. I am also thinking of making some ice cream too. Although I am not really hungry when I get home. I have been workingout allot with training w/dd team then doing my own class after.

So it is really weird I can now see the weight coming off me. I am looking thinner and have noticed that my body has some hanging skin not really bad but it is so I am going to have to start weight lifting. My body feels like it is shrinking so I can't wait to see the measurements in 11 days I can measure again. I have also noticed that my boobs are getting flabby shrinking and hanging. I am not liking that. I will have to talk to Mark and see what I can do about that. What exercises I can do to firm them up. I think I am going to start lifting weights so this can really help with the firmness.

I have some pretty good b&a pictures I would like to get up when I can get my daughter to give them to me. I have this one of when I was cooking for the 4th the weekend a couple days before we went raw and how huge I was. My stomach was sticking out so far like when I was prego w/kids. I am working on it trying to get it down. Then I think it was 1 month later and the next picture I look pretty good. I am working out 4 or 5 days but some days I am getting in 2-3 w/o in a day. Not walking but yoga (power) and conditioning for soccer trying to keep up with 12-14 yo then my boxing class that has changed since we have 3 min rounds w/1 min rest and on to the next one. So the intensity has increased and I am hoping that more weight will come off. I am sure that it may slow down but I will keep it up. I am also looking into some cleanses that I may try and I was going to do this detox. I will have to reread it and see if I do the detox then the cleanse or what. With the detox I can't have any fat or spice so today I had a salad w/lime juiced for my dressing a bit tart but I ate it.

Well have to get out of here have a grawt day

    I have lost a lot of weight before and one thing I noticed was that even though my chest got a lot smaller in the beginning, it evened out completely by the end. I got some fullness back there and also in my cheeks and throat, so I didn't look so gaunt. Just while losing is when you might feel out of balance.
