I'm Still Here!
And I'm starting the Master Cleanse...again! Loved every aspect of it the last time I did it. What deterred me from my path the first time (the raw food path) was insomnia due to detoxing too fast. Or really I think it was the total elimination of carbs from my diet. I mean when you think of it when you have a carb laden meal, what do you want to do most? TAKE A NAP!
So if anyone has had experience with insomnia and raw foods, please please share! I'd be so grateful to be able to eliminate that issue this time around.
