Today is day 4 and I had the worst menstrual cramps ever when I woke up. But I feel a little better now after some rest. I did cave in to some cooked food but at least it was organic and sorta healthy. I was so tempted to eat my favorite brownies that my mom has lying on the table but I chose to eat a healthy cooked meal instead. I'm off to the grocery store to get some fruits and veggies before I start binging on cooked food at home. Thank you all for ur encouragement lately. It has really been a big help.
Breakfast: big bowl of cherries, sprouted bagel (ezekiel)
Lunch: 2 slices of ezekial bread and organic tomato sauce (seeds of change)
Snack: 1/4 of Green and black dark chocolate bar and small green apple.
Dinner: GS and big salad
