Day 2

Today is day 2. I just had a bowl of cherries and plan to have a GS later. I made a delicious one yesterday with bananas and romaine lettuce. So far I feel good, but the past 4 days I've been eating really rich and disgusting SAD comfort foods, so it is still in my body now. I always do this when I'm stress and bored. It's like a cycle for me that I'm trying hard to break now with this lifestyle. I am always good for the first 3-5 days of raw food and then I start to crave, but I am aware of this now and trying to prepare myself for these temptations.
Here's my plan:
Breakfast: bowl of cherries, GS
Lunch: spinach salad with one radish, string bean, tomato
nori rolls with avocado, carrots and chopped cauliflower
Snack: carrots and cucumber
Dinner: GS, big spinach salad, string bean, carrots, tomato
Dessert: frozen peach and chopped cherries
