Bad OWIE !!!
I can barely walk I have been hobbling very carefully on my one good foot. My foot started hurting after two days of yoga. Well, it got better and the next week I attempted another class. Then it got worse day after day. I think in class I over spread my toes, (the instructor said spread to help with balance). It hurts from my little toe to my heel and running up towards my knee and thigh.
I think I pulled My little toe ligament ???
I am off the next few days so I am laying in bed with my foot elevated. It has to heal. I can't afford not to work. It hurts so extremely bad. Tylenol helps a little bit.
