I am 10 days into my raw challenge.....today i ate
1. Walnut Fudge (Alissa's Recipe)
2. Lots of Water
3. Lemon, Cayenne Shot
4. Key Lime Pie (Alissa's Recipe)
5. Flax Seed Crackers
6. TBLSP of almond Butter & Celery sticks
Still have a few itchy patches in my hair line around ears and neck could be from thyroid. I have not had coffee in over 2 weeks now!!!!!
