Day 1... again..

I don't know how MAAAAANY of day ones I already had in my life...

... but yes... I get more and more addicted to them each time Instead of givint the whole thing up...

147.4 lbs BMI 26.11
Today I had:
a good kg of apples (wasnt very hungry coz I ate so much the past days)
waaaaaaaater(loooooooooooooooads)

Physically I feel very bad... crappy, aching head, sweaty feet... All that...
But I feel excited coz this day feels like a good day to start over again... And I feel strong that I can make it...

GOALS
Staying six weeks 100% raw in a row
Getting healthy
Loosing 40 lbs (longtime goal)
After 6 weeks getting on raw another 3 weeks

    You weigh 147 and want to lose 40 lbs? Yikes! How tall are you? :)

    Good luck w/ the 30 days. I've slipped up a bit too, but I am continuing on in my 30 days, not starting over. I hope it works for you... Keep us posted and we're here for support!!! :)
