To fast, or not to fast?

Rate this Entry
My stomach has been hurting for the past 2 weeks off and on. And I'm thinking it needs a break, maybe I need to fast for a few days-or a few weeks. Then my stomach grumbles, and I want to eat...
So what's a girl to do? Wait it out and see I guess. I plan on spending the day as quiet as possible, and see if that brings me clarity on the issue.

I've not been 100% raw (still having salad dressing and some non raw nuts) that could be the issue as well.

Why not fast...well, I go back to work on Monday and in 2 weeks school starts again-and I strongly dislike fasting breath!

Have you thought of a juice feast? No bad breath with that type of f(e)asting. You might really enjoy it. Easy to juice enough to take with you for a day of school.
