Having a blueberry, mango, pear, banana smootie right now...delish.

I am really feeling all over the place. I am a little moody and irritable, not sure what to do...I *know* this is part of my path. I *know* raw is what I need to be doing to heal myself. I am re-reading Alissa's book AGAIN because I need to understand everything. Dehydrated food does nothing for me. I need to stick to simple, simple, simple. Salads, soups, maybe some of the flax cracker recipes, smoothies...this is the only way I will be able to do this. I am feleing like maybe I need to honor the *fruit before noon, veggies after* rule, as right now, my eating follows no purpose. Mono eating appeals to me as well. I am not really losing any weight, which makes me think either I am eating too many of the wrong things, or I am still eating allergenic foods causing me to retain fluid. I have been drinking a liter of water a day, which is up from the GLASS of water I was drinking before so that is a bonus. I want to get to 2l of water because I know I need to keep flushing my system of the crap- Lyme and Candidia. PLus, now that I am running consistantly, I need to be careful as I tend to get dehydrated easily.

This is an intense journey, one I am willingly taking as I know when I come out the other side, the results will be amazing. I need to remember that though, because right now, it feels really hard...

    Hey DG... I'm on day 11 too! Every day that we make it through is a good day and the end result will be so worth it! If you didn't get the DVD of Alissa I would highly recommend it. At the very end of the DVD - it shows the 'before and after' photos of the two gals in the video with Alissa. I was amazed ! The change in those two women at the end of 30 days was astonishing... WE CAN DO IT TOO!! Have a great day -- and know that we're all with you !!
