Todays foods so far have been...
-2 grapefruits
-2 glasses of wheatgrass juice
-avocado
-smoothie: banana, dandelion greens
-banana
-protein shake
-smoothie: banana, chard
-soybeans
Energy levels have been good today! I did a good 30 minute workout on the elliptical trainer at lunch hour. I'm going to do 40-60 minutes of yoga this evening after work. I love yoga.
I do have a bit of a bumpy rash on my neck, upper chest, and jawline, and I've never had anything like this before... It's irritating, but it's just my body cleaning itself out...I hope. I just have to NOT pick at it or touch it!!!![]()
