And I missed you guys so much!!

Hubby and I have been on a whirlwind of work activities since we went to Puerto Rico last Christmas -- i was working on my thesis ( and still am!) this past spring and I had way too many things to do. Frankly, I wasnt prioritizing my time and I was very much dreaming about all the things I wanted to do when I got out of school.

The reality is that I had to focus a lot more on my writing and my raw freedom took a hit -- I gained a little weight due to stress and traveling, but I know in my heart that I am raw and so I have decided to use July to clean up my space -- mentally and physically. I have finally moved all my things out of our old house and now have the challenging task of paring down a gazillion books and papers into something that is aesthetically pleasing when I come down to my home office.

Right now my mind lately has been bombarded with nonsensical thoughts and since my dance intensive program is over I have been having some nagging soreness in my knees and ankles which I think is the toxins talking.

So i am doing a cleansing and then I will once again make my journey back to bliss :)

I feel like I have been gone for a long time -- i see i've had a lot of views, but not many more comments. Hopefully I didnt disappoint with the abruptness of my journalling, but oh well, things happen - and I'm working on being rock-steady in a world that sometimes enjoys throwing people for a loop!

Anyway, going to bed early tonite. I have a henna treatment to do tomorrow and lots of cleaning to get done at home.

Hopefully all my raw visitors are doing well. I consider one layer of me has been peeled off in my last quest and its really annoying to not have the "hum of raw" -- but I will get it back and hold on!

On a side note, hubby and I are thinking of having a little Naija in the next 2 yrs, so I want to make sure we both are in the best health possible for the next phase in our life together.

He too also notices that we dont juice as much and the marinated greens have been on the back burner more than usual, so he is actually been super supportive and even attentive to getting in better shape, losing some weight, and just doing more for our future together.

We've even made some changes to our finances so we can save more and make a few good investments.

Well, its really refreshing to type back here again. I hope to be more consistent now.

Blessings to you all!
