special update..
ok, so there are some interesting things going on in my world right now..
we have made some new financial goals that require me to make some income very soon or start interviewing for jobs..
and... i... might... be ... pregnant... but... we're not sure... yet...
SO
all of a sudden I have been drawn to read all the threads on raw pregnancy and sucking up any knowledge from jinjees pregnancy e-book.
So IF I AM INDEED with child, this will definitely give my thesis a solid deadline -- Oct 31 -- which would be the end of the first trimester.
In the meantime, I am working out 30min a day and doing yoga at nite. Jinjee was serious about her fitness when she was pregnant with her kids.
hubby is excited, but I am freaking out a little.
okay. I am covering up my HUGE internal FREAKED OUT feelings about whether i will be a good mom and whether my future children will be as healthy as I desire them to be...
so, I should know for sure in a few days. In the meantime, my mainstay has been fruit smoothies with whetgrass and spirulina powder, and marinated greens .
my favorite snack -- soaked goji berries and cashews!!! YUM!
just finished reading the threads on vaccinations and homeschooling whoa!! -- i am thinking of not vaccinating my kids until age 3 (unless we decide to travel oveseas) and probably homeschooling is being seriously considered.. I would love to do a Waldorf school, but I dont know if there is one here in the area.
well, time for my yoga session. It has helped me sleep better the last few weeks -- my back has been very sore the last few weeks, along with a lot of popping and cracking in my ankles, feet, and toes!
anyone know how I can rid myself of this rice krispies sound effects when I stretch my feet?
