Day 10 (part 2)

Rate this Entry
Went to Trader Joes today to stock up on their organic raw nuts. (and coffee...shhhh)
I got some produce too, but forgot to get any greens. Yay, back to some store tomorrow, arg.

So, today I ate:
2 bananas
goddess bar
lara bar
BIG handful of pine nuts, pump seeds and slivered almonds
2 bites of Moshi (cooked food)
spinach salad with avo, carrots, summer squash, and broccoli
flax crackers with ??? pate (can't remember what kind, but its good!)
1l of water

I need to make some sort of change here...I don't know what I am lacking, but I am missing something. I am thinking I need to add a smoothie or something. I am really craving something, though I don't know what. Maybe I need to add fruit? 2 bananas is very strange for me. I know I need greens but BLECH! The taste is so NASTY. I wonder if a supplement of greens would be ok, like spirulina or something...hmmm...

I am really concerned b/c of the Lyme, antibiotics, etc. I really WANT to stick to this raw way but I feel weak right now...
