My first day (7/28/08) was ok. I did not plan what I was going to eat so I didn't eat as good as I would like. Apple, watermelon, blue chips, salsa, nuts water. I know I need a big salad but need to go to the store (with a list of course). My goal for the next 30 days is to eat fruit in the AM, green & nuts around noon, and greens & ezekial bread for dinner. Not too complex but I figure I could do this, hopefully without giving in to my sugar cravings. But there's always fruit, right.
