First day whoppee!
Oh dear, what a disaster. Went to the shopping centre (very local type) and tried to find a cafteria that did salads for lunch. All the salads were full of ham or mayonaise etc...this was a basic shopping centre, nothing sophisticated. Got a fish thing as it seemed the most healthiest, and came with carrots (baby girl can eat carrots) but it was disgusting and processed. I am trying to keep breakfast and lunch raw and only dinner cooked. Cannot go go full raw just yet. Too extreme as I am totally new to this.
Then by the afternoon I felt shattered and ended up getting a coffee. Bum! But I did manage to fill shopping trolly up with lots of veg and salad stuff, and popped into health shop for some gluten free stuff. Got organic beetroot cordial to drink and some other bits and bobs.
Did not buy any chocolate, so chocolateless evening for me tonight. Am looking forward to start tomorrow with my fruit-only breakfast and herbal tea, salad lunch and then veg pizza (bought gluten free pizza base) Hope this is on the right tracks.
Need to ask some questions about gluten so will do this on a seperate posting.
