raw transformation help PLEASE!

Someone PLEASE give me some advice or please help direct me :-)
I started the raw diet almost 3 months ago now..Felt great at first..eating lots of fresh fruit in the AM and veggies/salads all throughout the afternoon with a possible cooked fish meal for dinner..I snacked on some nuts and veggies and focused greatly on combining..At around my 2nd month I began detoxing..but was not really expecting it as i did not do much raw research before I started..I got the flu like symptoms/fatigue/body odor..When this started I fell off track a bit but still incorporated a great deal of raw foods with some cooked foods..I did hydrotherapy and found it EXTREMELY effective!! I love colonics, but I am at month 3 STILL HAVING DETOX SYMPTOMS!! i try not to become discouraged but it's frustrating and leads me to want to almost punish my body by eating regularly (cooked foods for example)..I'm just in general having a hard time finding balance, and have had a very 'yo-yo' experience with raw foods..Am I transforming too fast? Sometimes fruit makes me feel really bloated, and sometimes a lot of veggies make me feel constipated..I have had very FEW solid stools on raw foods, and am still suffering from diarrhea.I just tell myself it's normal and I just need to push through the detox phase and do everything correctly (such as combining, and avoiding lots of sweets, which are my weakness!!.) Someone please help me and give me some advice, I have NO people in my life who know anything about raw food-ism and it would really help me out..I appreciate it!!

    Msshlee--I am semi-new to raw and can't tell you anything with any authority. I'd suggest ensuring you don't have a medical problem that isn't related to diet. A check of thyroid levels, iron, etc., would give you a place to start, if only to know what is NOT wrong. Something that also crosses my mind is the mineral content of your diet and whether you might want to add some supplements. Hope you get your answers.

    Hi there, it sounds like you could use some probiotics - the healthy bacteria that live in our intestines. They help regulate eliminations - wheter it be constipation or diarrhea. I really like the Renew Life brand - they have one thats a 50 billion strength - you can't get too many healthy bacteria. They need to be refridgerated. Check into it - it could only help.
