Jenifae's Raw Journey

Recovering from my self-induced sickness

Rate this Entry
Well, I'm not surprised that I feel like Crap this morning! I feel sick and nausious. I was itchy all night and feel hung over and a little crabby today. I need to keep it together for my precious granddaughter. She is emotional and woke up crying about 4 times last night so, needless to say I didn't get very much or good sleep.

I am obviously learning from this experience and hopefully won't allow myself coffee again.

So, back on Track and on Raw!

Because, I like feeling Good not Crappy!

Itchy is almost definitely allergies, soy, perhaps? The itchiness is also a gift, like having a personal card mixed in with your shop cards, reminds you who you don't want to be! ...as well as what you do want for yourself. I'm transitioning down on coffee myself--my intake is 1/4 what it used to be--and that little bit jazzes me up more than ever!

I commented on your blog yesterday just in case you didn't see it Jen. Gosh, I must think that my words are so important or something?!! Anyway, talk about coffee getting us wired - I only got exactly 2 hours of sleep last night because of that coffee I had yesterday. None for me today, that's for sure! We like it raw!

Hey Pilgrim. Thanks for the visit. Hi Emma-Liza, the itchyness is the coffee. It's like I can feel it popping out of my pores. So, it's not exactly itchy but, that is the only word I know for it since, it actually feels like my pores are popping. Weird, huh?
Islesgirl.................I just love ya :). We are in the same boat today my friend :).
