Hello raw food journal,
Had a bad panic attack this morning and I'm just kind of numb today. Haven't eat much today.I added some more as the day progressed. Feel a little better.:)
I ate so far:
*superfoods, blueberries, banana
*juice- 2 big oranges, green apple, cucumber
*12 -hot and spicy cashews
*superfoods, blueberries, banana, 1/2 avocado
*banana, few pecans, dab of honey
*juice-spinach, leafy greens, apple, handful of baby carrots, 2 stalks celery
RAW DAY NUMBER 19:)






I added some more as the day progressed. Feel a little better.:)
