i twisted/sprained my ankle. it swelled up hugely but doesnt hurt very badly. i have been limping all over the place.
fucken sucks. now i cant be active even though i really want to be. time to break out the free-weights i guess?
oh yeah, i made raw refried beans. SO GOOD.
