HAPPY BIRTHDAY TO ME!

Yea! Today is my birthday. I'm 43 today. Maybe I will fix myself a birthday surprise w/my blueberries I bought. I'm sipping on a blueberry smoothie right now and it's so good. I fixed an awesome dessert yesterday blueberries/whipped cream. My favorite raw recipe so far. My dehydrator is on its way. Yahoo! Now I can make some salsa w/chips to snack on. Hey! Maybe I can stick to my green smoothies, fruit and vegetable juices and dehydrate snacks when I'm need a little something to eat. Some of these foods have very little fat and calories-they run right through me. Maybe as I get more active I have got to have more dense calorie filled foods. My cravings are better since my superfoods have come in. Can't run out of that. It helps to cut them down. I do seem to have some withdrawals from that full feeling when you eat cooked food. When it comes on, I usually think "I'm satisfied and I don't need anything to eat." "I've had plenty to eat today with plenty of fats and it's just a withdrawal." My light head is better and my brain seems to be clearing up some-the wooziness is better and I am starting to have more energy. I ate the blueberries about 5:00 yesterday-I was full and satisfied for the rest of the night. I didn't eat anything because my tummy was at peace. I'm usually hungry for something. This was the first time that I stopped eating at 5:00. We are headed to Kansas to celebrate my birthday this weekend. Got to run some people there so we just decided to celebrate my birthday this weekend. I have already googled the restaurants. Looks like I'll be packing plenty of raw salad dressing. Craving honey mustard.
Will pack some smoothies and snacks w/dressing and I will be fine.
I ate so far:
*superfoods, big helping of spinach, banana, blueberries:) I chilled it.
(My hubby is starting to like my smoothies more. He really likes them for
breakfast) He calls me the smoothie queen.:)
*juice- 3-4 carrots, a wad of leafy greens, 1 green apple, cucumber
*smoothie-banana, big handful of blueberries, 1/2 avocado-FANTASTIC!:)
*hot and spicy cashews-handful of cashews, smidge of oilve oil, lightly coated w/red crushed pepper, cajun spices, tiny pinch of sea salt (eyes were bigger than stomach-I'm full) still got some left over.
*birthday treat-blueberries and banana smoothie-can't get enough-may wrap up the day w/this. I eat like a horse!
