Sunday July 13,-2 weeks raw

Hello raw food journal!
I went to see my MIL in the hospital today. Made it pretty well. I try not to get too far from the house now. I'm hoping I will adjust soon, I'm tired of dragging food around w/me. It might be easier when I get a dehydrator-some easier foods to pack. I have to drag my cooler around w/me.Hey, I won't be temtped by this. I've been through too much. I packed plenty of food w/me and it helped. Did have some nice selections in the cafeteria. Nice salad bar w/lots of raw veggies. Noticed they had signs posted about how to eat. "Stay away from high fat dressings-ranch, thousand island, honey mustard" "Eat vinegar based dressings"-Pretty interesting. I have noticed that hospitals have much better food than they used too. I got 3 pears-Didn't eat them, I need to wash them. Might juice them. Went to Sam's and got some nice organic spinach and a big bag of navel oranges. YUM! I have felt pretty good today. Spent the last few days in the house resting and today I got out some. Cravings are not so bad today. Yesterday they were horrible. Today I've been craving a Dr. Pepper, big chicken sandwich w/mayo and pickles and nachos
from the Cardinal Drive-In. Then I crave cashews w/spices and raw cheese. Go figure! I'm working on tyring to get a dehydrator. Lost the other one. Shoot! If I can't find one I will just break down and buy a new one. Still going to try. I'm starting to get hungry for something else. That's a good sign. Today I have been raw for 2 weeks!! YEA!!!! My skin is starting to glow, my eyes look totally different(no dark circles) minus 12 pounds, my eyes are sparkly and shiny. YEA! I feel so much better. I watched my inlaws eat in the cafeteria today and it didn't bother me. They know that I watch what I eat.
I ate:
*raw meal powder, banana, hemp seeds
*fruit juice-orange, strawberries, grapes, 2 apples -AHHHHHH!
*green smoothie-spinach, hemp seeds, raw meal powder, 1/2 avocado,
banana
*1 banana
* juice-3 pears and cantaloupe
* juice-2-3 carrots, leafy lettuce, grapes, green apple
