Jenifae's Raw Journey
Well, I woke up with a tummy ache from all those nuts I'm sure. So, my plan or attempt is to refrain from nuts. I work today so, I made a GS (my usuall - apple juice, spinach, banana, frozen strawberries, goji berries, acai powder, vitamineral green, & coconut oil w/meat) and I will take that along with an apple, nectarine, and maybe an orange. That way if I crave I will have fruit to snack on.
Next weeks goal is getting back to simply salads since, I will be at home base.
