Well, I woke up with a tummy ache from all those nuts I'm sure. So, my plan or attempt is to refrain from nuts. I work today so, I made a GS (my usuall - apple juice, spinach, banana, frozen strawberries, goji berries, acai powder, vitamineral green, & coconut oil w/meat) and I will take that along with an apple, nectarine, and maybe an orange. That way if I crave I will have fruit to snack on.

Next weeks goal is getting back to simply salads since, I will be at home base.

    Seems so much easier to be raw from home base. Those salads take time, worth it though. Sounds like your prepared to meet your goal today. Hope it was a good day for you!
