Over the next few weeks it will get much more interesting, as I figure out how to use all my new appliances....especially the dehydrator!

After today, I don't think I'll be listing ingredients. But if I put down something like spaghetti (for all you non raw foodists reading my blog), you can just assume it's made from raw ingredients. If you want to know what, just ask.

    Hi Penny,

What's Alissa's dressing. I haven't gotten her book yet? I need a good salad dressing cause the one I'm using isn't raw.

1/2 cup apple cider viniger... 1/2 cup lemon, juiced... 1/4 cup olive oil... 3tbls honey... 1/2 tsp seasalt...

The good thing about this dressing is, you don't really have to mix in a blender, you can just throw the ingrediants right into your salad, that way there is never anything leftover that gets thrown out later...cause llets face it, olive oil and honey are EXPENSIVE!
