Hello raw food journal!:)
I got my juicer up and running. I am drinking a celery, superfoods, tomato juice drink and it's naasty I had to chug it down. I think I put too much celery in it. I woke up this morning w/the poops. Too much fruit. I have been craving some veggies. Maybe I'll try some beets, carrots, greens, tomato, cucumber(not all together) I'll have to learn to use the machine and tweak the recipes. I know vegetables are loaded w/vitamins and minerals. I don't like tomatoes, beets, celery, onions, by themselves. Maybe I can handle them juiced. Boy those juice pictures looked so yummy! Burp! Definately too much celery! I think I will juice some more veggies tonight. Carrots!!
I've been craving iceberg lettuce, carrots, ranch dressing, crackers, croutons.
Maybe I'll make the dressing tomorrow. I'll be at Jamesport tomorrow and I can pick up my nuts.
*superfoods, banana, pineapple, hemp seeds(I'm supposed to be on superfoods 6x a day for nutrition) Too much somedays. I cut it back.
*green juice-superfoods, 2 celery, 1/1/2 tomato, water(gross)
*superfoods, banana, strawberries
* cucumber and carrot juice
* spinach, green apple, banana, 1/2 avacado, hemp seeds-smoothie
Yummy-finished my day with this!
