6/22 - 6/24 ~Days 65-67~My bike~

Days 65 - 67~

This post is about trying to incoporate more activity in my days......

I have been struggling with exhaustion the last couple weeks.

This morning while in the shower I thought to myself about B vitamins - I have some left & I am going to see if that helps out. B vitamins only stay in your body for 6 - 8 hours becuase they are water soluble.

Sunday I went strawberry picking at my friend's parent's house & got majorly attacked by the skitters! On my face & everything. Thought I was going to get whiplash trying to swat them away from my head while picking....

I worked yesterday & subbed a yoga class for a teacher on vacation - I'm a little sore today & I have to teach my class again tonight.

Today I took my sister to pick some strawberries too - again with the skitters!

I also asked the fitness coordinater at the ymca if she would help me set up a routine of weights & cardio machines so when I get time I can just drop by & not have to figure out everything by myself. It went well.....now I just need a big ol' kick in the rump to get myself going on a regular basis.......

I really think exercise will give my the energy I desire, but it's getting the motivation that's in my way right now with being completely exhausted.

When I got home from that I finally dug my bike out from the garage & washed it off & filled the flat tires up - took it for a couple test drives down the street - since it's been about 10yrs since I rode one -

I would really like to start riding it to work - I only live 2 miles away - I just don't want to be all sweaty & stinky when I get there since I will be talking with customers all day - ;)

I plan on riding my bike to see how long it takes me to get to work on my next day off - being Sat - so I can plan on leaving earlier the days I do it.

I also have a ton of exercise tapes (I just have to figure out why my vcr isn't working - I haven't used it in a couple years) - I never got all converted over to dvds.

I remember I used to really like Tae Bo back in the days when it first came out & an 8 min ab video.

If anyone has any suggestions for exercise videos they really like - I'd love to hear it.

I am looking for something I can do in the morning before work.

I'm not too much of an outdoors person - but I'm trying to reconnect with nature! Hench getting the bike ready.

I hate to say it, but I really think I need a kitty cat nap before getting ready to teach my yoga class tonight~

Again exercise video suggestions welcome~

Love the picture! I admire your determination to incorporate more exercise. Even in small amounts, it's sure to help. My cousin likes the Gilad Quick Fit videos. Good luck!

When I read about all the things your doing, it make me feel like such a sloth. Time to get with it! You are my kick in the rump!

Well, I just got home & I didn't end up teaching tonight. One of my favorite happy lady's showed up & I said "Looks like you get a personal session tonight - you are the only one here!" - She started laughing & said "Oh no, I don't think so! I'm outta here!" She is too funny. Well, I got home earlier than expected, so I can make a big yummy salad & dbf some food when he comes home.

P.S. I did get a nap in too! And this picture just cracks me up! Maybe we can start a workout support group? What do you guys think?

Any support group is probably a good idea. If you would like to try the Gilad video, I can send it to you. I can't use it at the moment.

Thanks Pilgrim! Is it a vhs, or dvd? I have to still figure out how to set up the vcr. How sweet you are~

I am positively envious of all of your exercise plans and actions! I'm still sitting on the "going to do it" fence. You're right about exercise being energizing! In theory, our bodies were engineered to work physically for 10 hours or more a day. No wonder we feel better when we move it!
