Hello raw food journal!
Just too tired to visit today. Maybe later. I'm back-slept most of the day. I do feel better. Just tired. I seem to have more energy in the afternoon and into the night. Hmmm! I am eating a spring mix salad w/ herb dressing and raisins-some cucumbers and hemp seeds. Haven't been hungry at all today.
Been craving cooked food really bad today. Woke up/greens just didn't appeal to me. I haven't even had a green smoothie today! One before I go to bed tonight. Got my juicer in and I am just not motivated to try and put it together.:) Maybe later. My kitchen is a disaster. I look back through my journal entries and I am supposed to be bouncing off the walls w/energy. My entries alwways talk about how tired I am. I have already de-toxed. Maybe just the nutrient deficiencies. On well! I'm hoping that my juicer will help take care of it. Lots of veggie juice. I get plenty of greens/fruits-need some veggies too.
*superfoods, strawberries, banana, hemp seeds-my fav for now

Hey, I did chop up my pineapple and put my juicer together. I'm not sure it's put together correctly. I'll let my hubby look at it. Pineapple was delicious.
I'm craving a green smoothie now, don't won't that superfoods now-it keeps me up sometimes. Maybe just some greens and fruit. Something simple.
I made a green apple, spinach, strawberries, water, cucumber smoothie. It's awfully tart. I've been craving strawberries lately. They are almost gone and then BLUEBERRIES! I ordered 10 pounds.
