Hello raw food journal!
Woke up this morning from a fitful night of sleep. Hubby had to run to KC to the train station. Slept in some when he got home. Was a little tired when I got going this morning. Did my superfoods and I felt better. It makes me tired to try and dress myself. We went to a funeral and I got to feeling tired and hungry about 12:45 so I drank my green smoothie that I took w/me. I put some more superfoods in it and it actually made me feel more energetic.
I just ate a big lunch -plain brown rice, b/potato plain. I have to be careful not to eat too much because my body gets tired when it tries to digest my food. I will probably take a nap and rest. I'll write later. I did take a nap for while and I feel a little better. I 'm sooo hungry. I just ate a spring mix salad and some pie. Still a tad hungry.
*superfoods, strawberries, mango smoothie
*green smoothie, spinach, mustard greens, banana(in a hurry to mix)

Gosh! Sometimes the SAD is so much more convienent. I'm constantly mixing and putting things together. Oh well! I 'm not giving up. I'm ready to lay off the mangos for awhile and try bananas. Maybe I'll do some oranges. I just got in some huuuge fresh strawberries. I crave them in the morning cold with my superfood smoothie. Signing off!!
