Well, my boyfriend said to me "I think I want to try raw foods"...we talked a bit, and both have committed to starting up a 30 day challenge in July. This will be exactly 1 year from my last successful 30 day challenge! I've definitely been off the bandwagon for a while, so I'm using these couple of weeks before July to ease back into the swing of it. I made a batch of raw jalapeno poppers last night, which were amazing I think I'll try a taco salad tonight, with some raw sour cream and walnut taco meat...I'll let you all know how it turns out ;)

I'm glad to be back!
