Today's a New Day!
I did not have any SAD food and I'm so Happy with myself. :)
Sad food makes me Crabby/Grumpy/Cranking. My poor Hubby. I don't know how he puts up with me.
So, today I had kinda a snacky day. I made a GS and ate a little but, it's in the fridge. I just needed to chew and snack.
B: Banana & 1/4 GS (spinach, kale, apple juice, 1 date, cacao nibs, acai powder, Vitamineral Green, goji berries, banana, frozen strawberries)
L: 2 celery stalks w/PB
D: 2 apples, handful of my own mix of raw nuts, 1/2 rawvolution bar
S: 1/2 grapefruit
I feel GOOD!![]()
