Hello faw food journal!
I seem to have lost my Monday post. Well anyway, I stayed in bed most of the day. I was just super tired. Today is Tuesday and I feel a tad better. I'm still weak, maybe from hunger. I developed some massive bowel pains this morning. My hubby had to come home to pray for me. They quit. Thank You, Jesus! The culprit may have been that soup I ate. No more-I finally pooped about 2 1/2 hours later and I felt sooooo much better! My arms are just too tired to type today. Signing off! Somehow my blog ended up posted. AAGh!
Sooo embarrassed. Oh Well! Took a nap and I feel a little better. I had some strawberry pie to keep my stomach from growling and a green smoothie this morning after my breakfast smoothie. Too tired to do anything today. I can just barely lift the water jugs. I go see Dr. Spence Thursday.
I ate:
*superfoods,strawberry,mango smoothie
*green smoothie-spinach, romaine, parsley, mustard greens, 2 kiwi's
* strawberry/banana pie
*5-6 sunchips(okay! so I'm not 100% raw yet)
*turkey sandwich, lettuce, mustard(trying to let go)
* few sunchips
YEAAA! I did lose 3 pounds. Now at 149(I used to weigh 123 pounds before my health started crumbling) My problem is my body shrinks but I never lose any pounds. It's been stuck at 149 for 2 years! Maybe I don't metabolize my fast and that's why I can't get rid of the extra weight. (Hip and thigh area)
