Tying to get settled back in. I finally unpacked the car with some help from my daughter and our helpers. Trying to make the best out of the situation. Been cleaning the kitchen, getting it in tip top shape for more raw adventures. Our Kitties got in the action!!!
You Know You are Raw when the most important things you pack in the car are you Norwalk Juicer, Vita Mix, Cusinart Food Processor, Dehydrator, Raw Books, Videos, DVD's, and CD's. Unfortunately our photos were destroyed in another event.
I am in the process of re-evaluating my home owners insurance. I received estimates on the cost of replacing my home today, vs what the insurance co. had quoted me. They don't tell you the actual costs. Just figured out I need to increase it due to the rising building costs. I was told to include the cost of demolishing the old place in addition to the replacement cost of the new place. Things they don't tell you. Thank goodness I am being assertive in trying to figure this all out. This is my first home that I have ever owned, so it's a good learning experience.
Learning how to be a stronger, wiser, assertive woman.
Been discovering, learning, growing, finding out things that they don't teach you in school, that you have to learn on your own.
FEEL LIKE I AM GROWING IN LEAPS AND BOUNDS.
I Felt Free, Very Happy, Joy-Filled today. My mind was filled with new ideas to try out leaving me feel very INSPIRED.
Thank goodness nothing bad happened to me. I pray for the 70 families who lost their homes that they will be able to recover.
Feeling like I am on the mend. 4 days of both ends going was a bit too much. My stomach is still a little quesy, tender, not too hungry, mostly thirsty. Enegry is a bit better.
I had a spring leaf salad tossed with dates and a balsalmic dressing, some beet, carrot, and apple juice, Kombucha tea, and coconut. My down fall was a bagel. (I wasn't hungry, just trying to get something in me to settle my stomach.) I haven't had any caffine lately. The flu was a blessing in disquise, allowing me to detox from it.
The flower that blooms in adversity is the rarest and most beautiful of all !!!
