I ate another salad today (didn't have time to prepare food this morning... due to overexhaustion, I slept in too late ) that had ranch dressing.

And black olives.

The olives weren't too bad. I've let myself munch on a few olives in the last month, but...

...the dressing has made me ill!!!

And I'm still exhausted from lack of sleep lately. I've been working long, long days and not going to bed until early morning hours (1 or 2am sometimes), then up again at 7am (at the LATEST) to prepare for another long, long day.


I need sleep.

And exercise.

But for now, just some FOCUSED SLEEP!!!

I love raw. ;)

    Don't feel peeved at yourself. This is how we learn. If you read my blog - I had a couple of SAD days and on Saturday I actually felt like I was going to vomit. I didn't ............. even though I wanted to get relief. If it doesn't come up voluntarily it ain't comin' up anymore. I was tempted though I do admit. ;)

    I think you're are doing great! I wish I was doing as well as you.

    Don't beat yourself up, we are, after all, only human. Salad dressing had always been an issue for me in the past.....look ahead.....you'll do better next time!
