My new happy addiction is a big leafy fresh green salad heaped with hearts of palm, mediterranean olives (likely not raw, but I choose to enjoy their flavorful depths, anyway ;), organic locally-grown tomatoes, avacados sliced into a fan of rich green vibrance, pine nuts sprinkled liberally and olive oil/vinegar dressing.

I buy this salad for a meager $7.95 right up the street at my favorite market cafe. I sit in a little, quiet portico of brightly painted walls with wide windows gleaming evening sunlight down on me, and every bite sends shivers of delight and RAW joy through me.

I could eat this salad every night and be perfectly content!

John knows now it is my FAVORITE food and he's been treating me to dinner at the market fairly often lately.
