Didn't lose any weight this week. Weighed in the same as last week, right down to the decimal point. NUTS! Hazelnuts, brazil nuts, pine nuts, almonds, and cashews! Time for a reality check. I won't beat myself up too much. Think positive! I still released 15 pounds in this first 30 days.
To Do List:
Read Alissa's book again, cover to cover.
Seek out her teachings from all available sources.
Learn to utilize this forum better.
Cut down on the nuts.
Increase the greens.
Prevent nibbling (on nuts) while preparing meals.
That's a start. I'm sure if I do the first three things on this list more good things will happen.
Breakfast smoothie: almond milk, 3 dates, berries, maca, cacao/green food
Lunch smoothie: spinach, apple, cilantro, w/ side of 8 olives
Dinner: Banana-cashew-macadamia Ice Creme
Also ate a few nuts now and then, need to keep better track of those.
I've been taking long walks in the evening. Finding out it's just thinking about doing it that's difficult. Once I get out the door and take that first step...I'm good to go for miles. Very similiar to my raw food journey!
