Hello, raw food journal!

Woke up this morning with a backache and some minor cramping. My cycle is due next week and it could be related to that. We spent some time in bed yesterday afternoon and I may have strained my back during the lovemaking.
(I threw my legs in the air) I pooped twice this morning and I felt sooo much better. There was just a lot of pressure and cramping and it seemed to ease up when I went to the bathroom. It is still a little sensitive now. Woohoo!
I ordered my juicer today and I can't wait to start juicing! Maybe greens and some lemons for alkalizing and cucumbers for my skin. Overall, I do feel 100% better. I have only been at this for about 2 weeks. I do some cooked foods-(very little) I am tyring to heal my body and keep it nourished. I will try to go raw when I am ready. I tried to go raw once but I just got too weak. I probably didn't have enough food to eat. I am still learning. Feel so much better w/out those yucky preservatives. No gas, indigestion, stomach pains.
MMMM! I am considering making a strawberry/banana frozen pie/w a nut/date/raisin crust. Been kind of craving that. I can't find my cheese cake pan.
I ate:
*superfoods/strawberries/banana smoothie
*turkey sand/mustard/lettuce/pickles-kind of gave me indigestion(I guess it
has to go)
* a few sunchips
* handful of almonds/raisins
* green smoothie-spinach, romaine, leafy green lettuce, mango, cucumber(for
my skin)
* plain b/potato-I'm kind of weak and hungry.

I know I don't eat enough food. Trenton is small and we have to go to K.C.
and shop/it is so far. We do get to go down the 23rd so I will be shopping at whole foods. YEA! Might do better on this if I ate more raw foods(salads, crackers, nuts, seeds, desserts) I still want to get a dehydrator. Some raw recipes. I can replace those cooked coods with raw foods. Wahoo!
