A SAD Lunch/Dinner
Well, I was planning on making a GS day because, this weekend I am scheduled for parties. My 2nd granddaughter's BD party tomorrow she's 1 y/o.Then on Sunday a girlfriend is having a park party. I will bring a salad to both parties for my potluck part and that will feed me. So, maybe I can stay strong. ;)
Today:
B: 1 Banana and small bowl of Honeydew Melon and 5 walnuts.
L/D: A Sourdough Vege Burger w/mushrooms, chili's, lettuce, tomatoe, avocado. No cheese and no mayo. I stayed vegan :) I did have a few french fries, too.
I totally enjoyed it. of course I did have to talk to myself to not feel quilty and just remembered a Raw Speaker talking about loving your food. If you have SAD food - love it and enjoy it. So, I did.:)
NS: 1/2 Grapefruit, Apple, and a handful of raisens.
