And so today my Descent into SADness begins. I'm determined to do the best I can to stay as raw as possible and in the meantime to keep track of any symptoms I get from cooked food.
My friends here will help me, I know.
I made more fruit leather--cherries (they were a pain to de-pit) and peaches. This will be so nice in the winter when I can't get fresh fruit.

I was thinking today that when my summer visits and travels are over (mid-July) I will embark on a 40-day challenge, followed by a 50-day challenge, etc. I'm really thrilled at how great I'm going to look and feel next year after a year of raw!
