Jenifae's Raw Journey
So, here's my not so bad but, not so good day!
B: 1 Banana and some Honeydew
S: 1 Grande Soy 1 shot Mocha......I know huh?
L: 1 small spinach salad including, red cabbage, carrots, tomatoes, broccoli, beets, sunflower seeds, 1/2 avocado, kidney beans, garbanzo beans, w/Charlie (he's the sponsor of two of our rescue horses) at Sizzler and a 1/2 a potatoe wedge and 1 onion ring (eeeeeeecks!)
D: Some chips and guacomole w/Brian (hubby) at Rubios
S: 1/2 a grapefruit
I worked out. I have been doing good wih that. Even though I've been sick I continue to stay on track because, I don't want to stop and then stop.
I am finally feeling better thank goodness.
