I'm still sick. Today, I took it easier. I did still workout but, after that I sorta lost my energy and have been resting. However, as opposed to yesterday I have been hungrier even though I'm sick so, I've been munching. Is this alot?
Sometimes, I just can't judge for myself.
B: 1 1/2 Bananas
L: Small Spinach salad with all the veggies that I listed the last time.
S: A few bits of Honeydew and 1/2 Banana
S: 1/2 Larabar
S: 1/2 Grapefruit
S: 1 Handful of raisens
S: 1 Handful of sunflower seeds w/ a few raisens
I've been 3 days 100% Raw. I'm excited!
