I used to love potlucks at work

I used to love the idea of potlucks at work.
Gives me a chance to try everyone's different dishes, eat too much and laugh about it later.
It's an Italian theme and they had the option to bring salad. I signed up for that!!
I'm still going to bring my food that I bring to work but also a big yummy salad!
I'm feeling really good about the food choices I've made and I've just gone real simple to avoid the extra expense of all the gourmet dishes. I think once I've moved I'll make a few dishes to enjoy.
It's SO much cheaper eating raw and simple raw then SAD.
My kids are loving it too but they do miss SAD foods, but they do get plenty at my moms. In fact she took them out to eat tonight.
I can't restrict them from doing that when she goes, but I think the more and more they eat raw the less and less they will want SAD items.

Trying to get some items packed tonight. I am tired but have alot of energy. I'm going to do this watch a movie wiith the kids and then head to bed.

I've lost 8 pounds! Not too bad!
