I stay green most of the time with some slips - some just from pure "automatic pilot" I bought frozen cappucino - got to the three quaters of the cup and realized that it is milk sugar and cofee - pure lack of brain!
Than a chocolate croissant - eat is all and realize - woops what am i doing. I call it sad mental disturbances!

Anyway my weight returned to normal after the fast! I am back to 180 - without nuts and very little sweet fruits.
I like the article about serontonins and food addictions i found on the forum today - i don't know how to link, but i am going to preserve it somehow.

    That is the most adorable picture EVER! Yes, cooked food is defenitely an addiction - that takes baby steps to overcome. I think it's awesome that you did the fast - just know that a lot of people couldn't do that in their lives yet. You can do it - have faith in yourself & your abilities! Have a great day~
