Good early morning.
Thank you for the comments on my other post.
Yes, I am doing this for me and my kids, for better health, and for a fabulous body. The bonus will just be how great I look!
Some other reasons for wanting to change: my children. my daughter told me the other day she doesn't want me to die, she wants me to live to see my great grand children. you know what? SO DO I! I have all kinds of aches and pains due to the weight. it is said to have to take motrin and put on muscle rub BEFORE exercising because I already hurt! And I am tired of feeling tired all of the time, very little focus, no energy. It sucks.
My plan is to eat 5-6 mini meals per day and exercise one hour per day.
Lots of water as well.
I will post my day 1 stats below and my food this evening.
