Good early morning.
Thank you for the comments on my other post.
Yes, I am doing this for me and my kids, for better health, and for a fabulous body. The bonus will just be how great I look!

Some other reasons for wanting to change: my children. my daughter told me the other day she doesn't want me to die, she wants me to live to see my great grand children. you know what? SO DO I! I have all kinds of aches and pains due to the weight. it is said to have to take motrin and put on muscle rub BEFORE exercising because I already hurt! And I am tired of feeling tired all of the time, very little focus, no energy. It sucks.

My plan is to eat 5-6 mini meals per day and exercise one hour per day.
Lots of water as well.

I will post my day 1 stats below and my food this evening.

    Those are all the best reasons for doing this, rawsexy! Good girl. My daughter was also very worried about me - still is - but she won't be seeing me for a while - is she ever in for a surprise! Have a great day reaching for those goals!

    Sounds like a great plan of action. Just take it one step at a time & don't get discouraged if you get a bit sidetracked on your journey. Sometimes the path is straight forward, sometimes it has detours - the final destination is the same. Good for you - wanting to take this raw adventure with us! Have a wonderful day~
