Another week

My breakfast green smoothie wasn’t good. Drank it anyway. It was horrible for my snack later in the day. Dumped it. Combo of romaine and strawberries and banana. I don't like strawberries much. Going to keep trying though. I remember eating sweet strawberries once. They were good. Just need to get the right combination of fruit and green. Definitely was not sweet enough.

Lunch was a salad. For dinner I had kale chips. They aren’t as good as oven kale but okay. Next time I’ll try it with oil.

Think Ill make a blended soup tomorrow morning. My first. Something that will use my cucumber, tomato etc. Hopefully it will be good.

I weighed this morning. So happy it wasn’t 170 lbs. It was 169.9! So much better then the fearful 172 pound again. Good thing I had raw for B and L most of the week.

Was listening to a radio interview about how not to be fat and eating. I believe the woman was somewhat raw. She mentioned making a raw dish for several people who didn't believe it was raw. So cool. Her co host were saying something about not eating processed foods.

That reminded me of a time when I said that if I ate any more cookies it would be made from my hands. If I wanted a meat dish, I would make it from scratch. I forgot of course. Could I incorporate that into my transition? Right now I don't like buying meat. I will eat it from fast food place but buying it from the grocery store...nah. Maybe I could trade some of the foods on my list with something I made at home. Don't particularly like my own cooking. It could make me feel less of an addict to Fast Food Joints and the grease though. I like collecting recipes. Don't cook them though. Have a few vegan and vegetarian books in the house.

Should be a good day tomorrow. Keeping it raw for breakfast and lunch. Dinner probably something light. Maybe try making a kale salad. Have plenty of kale.

Hi Zev. You and I weigh exactly the same today. I was down 2 lbs also - out of the 70's hopefully forever! The Kale salad is supposed to be super good. Sounds like you are doing well. I'm making the Rich Cheddar (raw, of course) Sauce today along with the Walnut Taco Meat. Can't wait.
