It sounds delicious and packed with nourishment. You sound a bit like me - afraid of food - but when I get into the junk - I seem to lose that fear - how crazy is that. Have you read Alissa's book? It will calm your fear of eating too much raw - especially when we are just starting out.

So my crazy wild insane cravings for MORE MORE MORE AVACADOS are at an end. It took me 43 days of wild eating to calm down, and I'm stabilizing now.

Islegirl is right. ALISSA is DEFINITELY right! You will always want to eat more more more in the beginning... but don't stress it, Lovely lady... eventually you will be able to eat less and still feel full, happy and healthy.

Let the thin-obsession go... a little at a time. *hug*
