This week was a rough week, mainly due to my poor eating…which made me tired…and not have enough energy to do yoga…which made my joints tight for running…and I was just in a bad mood because of all this. This weekend, I'm doing my scheduled long run, as well as plenty of yoga and raw foods to get back on track towards excellent health!
No drinks this weekend…no more than one cooked meal between now and next Friday--- and I'm going to schedule a hair appointment for next Saturday as my "reward". :)
I made it 30 days last month, which was my first try with raw...I can do it again, but even better this time!
Today I started the day with a glass of wheatgrass, 3 bananas, and a handful of almonds.
