Started to lose my hair noticeably. That's dreadful for guys. I'm losing weight when I should be gaining weight. Dreadful indeed. Organic is costing me more than I can afford. I need more money. Who's going to give an underweight Asian guy who's losing his hair more money? I hope the hair thing is detox. I need to eat more. I'm so skinny it's depressing and being depressed is an appetite killer. The endless cycle of a nightmare life. Damn it. I wish someone would care.

    I know for a fact some people find thin, balding, asian guys attractive...so cheer up!

    I care. Meditation helps to get out of dark holes.....or visualising things. Try to imagine yourself the way you want to be. Do it when you have time and before going off to sleep.

    Concentrate on each beautiful detail and feel the joy coming out from the bottom of your heart. Your thoughts are real and strong. Increase the amount of the good ones, concentrate on them and you will see how they start changing your reality......if you keep doing this, one day you might find yourself in the paradise.

    Surround yourself with LOVE, you deserve it! Be kind to yourself.
